Intro to SHINE is a relaxed, beginner-friendly way to experience your first sound bath! Come get comfortable, unplug for 40 minutes, and experience how soothing sound and vibration can feel. I like to refer to it as a “musical massage.” Nothing is needed, just come as you are!
