By booking a session, event, or service with SHINE Zen Studio | Sound & Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided

SHINE Zen Studio | Sound & Wellness offers wellness experiences including, but not limited to:

• Group sound baths

• Private sound healing sessions

• Reiki and energy healing sessions

• Workshops and wellness events

These services are designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

Wellness Disclaimer

All services offered by SHINE Studio | Sound & Wellness are intended for educational, relaxation, and wellness purposes only.

These services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Participation in sessions and events is voluntary. Clients are responsible for consulting with their healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

Participation Responsibility

By attending a session or event, you agree to take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Please notify the facilitator before the session if you have any medical conditions, injuries, sensitivities to sound, or are pregnant so appropriate accommodations can be considered.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Group Sound Baths & Events

All group events and sound bath experiences are non-refundable. Because space is limited and each event is prepared in advance, refunds cannot be issued for:

• Missed events

• Late arrivals

• Scheduling conflicts

• Personal circumstances

If SHINE Zen Studio must cancel or reschedule an event, participants will be offered either:

• A credit toward a future event, or

• The option to transfer to another available session.

Private Sessions

Private sessions require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may receive a refund or be rescheduled.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Late Arrival Policy

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.

Late arrivals may not be admitted once a group sound bath has started in order to preserve the peaceful experience for participants.

If you arrive late and cannot be admitted, the booking remains non-refundable.

Private sessions that begin late due to late arrival will still end at the scheduled time.

Studio Environment & Respect

SHINE Zen Studio is a space dedicated to relaxation, healing, and personal reflection. Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and peaceful environment for others.

The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including written materials, branding, event descriptions, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of SHINE Zen Studio | Sound & Wellness and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Changes to Terms

SHINE Zen Studio | Sound & Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on the website.
