As far as personalized sessions, some people enjoy attending weekly, while others prefer biweekly personalized sessions. The personalized sessions really depend on your needs and your body’s response to the session. Typically 3 sessions initially is a great “jump start” to healing and transformation. The group sound baths are helpful twice a month; however, even attending once a month can help support relaxation, release stagnant energy blockages from old injuries and nervous system balance. It truly depends on what your body needs!

Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing that allows you to lie down and fully rest.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything that will help you feel comfortable while lying down. Sometimes the floors can be hard so make sure you consider this. Some venues will have chairs for those that can not lie down; however, keep in mind you will not get the full experience of the vibrations from the bowls

This is totally fine and completely normal! Very common actually. Your body can still receive the benefits of the sound frequencies while resting.

No experience if needed. Simply lie down, relax, and let your body do the work. Allow the sound vibrations to guide your body into a restful state.

Sound baths may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy, sound induced seizures, first trimester pregnancy or certain implanted medical devices such as pacemakers. If you have medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.

No worries at all! Simply come with an open mind and allow yourself to relax and enjoy the experience. Many guests attending SHINE Sound Baths are experiencing sound healing for the first time. No prior experience is needed.
