This is a personalized and deeply restorative one-on-one experience designed to help reignite your natural state of balance and vitality. Each session blends the vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls and multiple other instruments, while resting comfortably on a Japanese floor mattress with a heated amethyst, tourmaline, and jade infused infra-mat to assist in soothing the nervous system. The sound and energy will move through your body helping to release tension, clear stagnant energy, and restore harmony throughout the body and nervous system. Every session is guided intuitively to support what your body and energy need most in the moment!

We'll begin with a brief check-in and energy assessment so your session can be tailored to what you need most that day. This is a private space to rest, restore and leave radiating. You'll leave feeling much lighter, more grounded, and reconnected to yourself.

While resting on a Japanese floor mattress, this sound bath uses the powerful vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and energetic alignment.

A deeply restorative, personalized 1:1 Reiki experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore a sense of balance.

We’ll begin with a brief intention-setting conversation, then you’ll settle onto a heated tourmaline and jade infra-mat for your Reiki session. Depending on what feels most supportive during your session, I may also incorporate sound healing, crystals, tuning forks, or other gentle vibrational techniques.

Every session is unique and tailored to you — sometimes simplicity is exactly what the body needs.
