Each session blends the vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls and Reiki energy (can be excluded per request). While resting comfortably on a gemstone mat, sound and energy will move through your body helping relate tension, clear stagnant energy, and restore harmony throughout the body and nervous system. You'll leave feeling much lighter, more grounded, and reconnected to yourself.
