This is a personalized and deeply restorative one-on-one experience designed to help reignite your natural state of balance and vitality. Each session blends the vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls and multiple other instruments, while resting comfortably on a Japanese floor mattress (other accomadotions can be made with massage table or chair) with a heated amethyst, tourmaline, and jade infused infra-mat to assist in soothing the nervous system. The sound will move through your body helping to release any tension, reset your nervous system, and restore harmony in your body. Every session is guided intuitively to support what your body needs the most in the moment!

We'll begin with a brief check-in and energy assessment so your session can be tailored to what you need most that day. This is a private space to rest, restore and leave radiating. You'll leave feeling much lighter, more grounded, and reconnected to yourself.

This is a shorter 1:1 private sound relaxation experience! Perfect for stress relief and a safe space to quiet your mind.

A 45 minute focused sound relaxation experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and feel refreshed while resting on a heated gemstone infra-red mat or massage table (your preference). Perfect for anyone new to sound baths and simply needing time alone to relax and maybe even restore your nervous system.

~Ultimate Private Group Sound Relaxation & Restoration Experience

The Shine Private Group Sound Bath is an intimate group experience designed to calm the nervous system and restore harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. While resting on a Japanese floor mattress, this sound bath uses the powerful vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and energetic alignment.

Come as you are and I’ll help you prepare for the “musical massage.”

A deeply restorative, personalized 1:1 Reiki experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore a sense of balance.

We’ll begin with a brief intention-setting conversation, then you’ll settle onto a heated tourmaline and jade infra-mat for your Reiki session (optional). Depending on what feels most supportive during your session, I may also incorporate sound healing, crystals, tuning forks, or other gentle vibrational techniques.

Every session is unique and tailored to you — sometimes simplicity is exactly what the body needs.
